Eclipse

Q: What would you do if the sun didn't rise tomorrow?

A: If the sun didn't rise tomorrow, I would probably sleep in. Then I'd get up and be really confused. I'd probably call into work and see if people showed up or not. Then, I might be a little bit worried about why the sun didn't come up. I might go on the Internet and check and see if there was supposed to be some eclipse or not. I'd probably check on the news to see if it was just happening here in Santa Barbara, or elsewhere too. It would be a cool thing to talk about for awhile though.

Whenever I think of something huge like that happening, I immediately begin to imagine people looting. I don't know what it is about people, but whenever something big happens, they go nuts, and they express it by looting. So I would assume people were going to go nuts and loot, and I would head out of town, find a hiding place in the sticks and hope the sun came up the next day. It would be a very interesting event, and it would certainly give me a lot to think about. How exciting! Scary, but exciting.
